Kaite delivers over a decade of experience in multi-family housing and property management. She is currently overseeing daily operations as a Property Manager, for an award-winning apartment community in Licking County, Ohio. Kaite is passionate about her community and supporting those who reside here. She believes that through our difficult life experiences, we can create purpose from our pain.  

 

In 2022, Kaite launched Classified, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence. 

 

At this time, donations will be used to provide financial assistance to survivors of domestic violence who are transitioning into their own, safe housing. Funds will be made available to cover the costs of application fees and security deposits.

As Classified grows, it is Kaite's dream to build and self-manage transitional housing. A community that will offer childcare, coaching, counselling, education, financial planning, job placement, legal services and onsite housing accommodations. A place where survivors and their children can feel empowered and encouraged to move forward.
